- UK - 18th December 2016 (Free Delivery)
- Europe - 15th December 2016
- USA - 10th/15th December 2016 (UK printed/US printed)
- Rest of World - 10th December 2016
UK orders are sent out Royal Mail first class by my UK Pro Lab. US orders are printed & USP Priority shipped by my Atlanta Pro Lab. Rest of the world delivery is via Royal Mail Standard International from my UK Pro Lab.
